SHIPPING
How long does shipping take?
All PREZZURE BUILT products are made to order and fulfilled by Printful. Production typically takes 2–5 business days, followed by shipping. Estimated delivery times:
- United States: 5–10 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to over 25 countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
ORDERS
Can I cancel or change my order?
Because every piece is made to order, we can only cancel or modify orders within 24 hours of purchase. Contact us immediately at weriseabove@icloud.com if you need to make a change.
My order arrived damaged or incorrect. What do I do?
We’ve got you. Email us at weriseabove@icloud.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
Because all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues. However, if your item arrives defective or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost to you.
What if my item doesn’t fit?
We recommend checking the size guide on each product page before ordering. If you’re between sizes, we suggest sizing up for a relaxed fit.

How do I find my size?
Each product page includes sizing information. Our pieces are designed with a premium, intentional fit. When in doubt, size up.
PRODUCTS
Are your products limited?
Yes. PREZZURE BUILT operates on a limited drop model. Once a colorway or style sells out, it may not return. If you see something you want, don’t sleep on it.
